The ASU Alumni Association is committed to protecting your privacy by employing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the ASU Alumni Association website and governs data and usage. By using the ASU Alumni Association website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

ASU Alumni Association collects personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, home address, work address or telephone number. The Alumni Association also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your zip code, age, gender, preferences, activity participation and interests.

The ASU Alumni Association provides non-confidential alumni mailing information to its affinity partners so that they may contact you about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. The association does not provide alumni email addresses to third parties, however, the association may contact you via email on behalf of a partner with a special offering. In addition, the ASU Alumni Association shares statistical data with trusted partners to help us to perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customers support or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the ASU Alumni Association and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The ASU Alumni Association does not disclose sensitive personal information such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent.

The ASU Alumni Association keeps track of the websites and pages our customers visit within the ASU Alumni Association’s website, in order to determine what services are most popular.
