What is the ASU Alumni Association?

Welcome to your Sun Devil network

The ASU Alumni Association was formed in 1894, less than 10 years after the founding of the Arizona Territorial Normal School (ASU’s original predecessor), and almost 20 years before Arizona became a state. The association is the university’s oldest support group.

For more than 130 years, the ASU Alumni Association has advanced the interest of the university’s alumni and served as a lifelong connection between the university and graduated Sun Devils. Today, the ASU Alumni Association serves more than 630,000 Sun Devils throughout the state of Arizona, across the country and around the world.

Businesses, organizations and alumni can engage with the ASU Alumni Association through various alumni programs, initiatives and signature events that deliver memorable Sun Devil experiences. Tap into a global network of maroon and gold spirit and ASU graduates who fuel the country’s most innovative university.

Our mission: To advance Arizona State University by enriching the lives of alumni, students and friends and fostering their lifelong connections, all while continuing to provide services and programs to alumni.

Four Pillars of the ASU Alumni Association
