Homecoming Alumni Appreciation Award Nomination

The Alumni Appreciation Award is presented to a community member who is not a graduate of Arizona State University but through their contributions have enhanced the stature and success of ASU and the Alumni Association. This award will be presented during halftime at ASU's Homecoming football game.

Selection criteria
In order to qualify for this award, a nominee must have:
- Not attended ASU
- Provided significant service to one or more of the following areas:
     1.    Arizona State University
     2.    ASU Alumni Association
     3.    Community

Supporting documentation
All applicants must have the following in order to be considered for the award:
- Listing of accomplishments, achievements, volunteerism and work history
- One letter of recommendation
