Karina Grabis, ’24 MS

I earned my BA in Psychology in 2014 from Sacramento State. I had heard about Forensic Psychology but at that time, there were very few programs available so I put my dreams of pursuing a masters on hold. Instead, I entered the corporate world and climbed the financial ladder for 10 years. Finally something in me clicked and I decided to look into programs again. When I found that ASU offered a MS in Forensic Psychology and that it was all online, I immediately applied and was accepted! For the next 2 years, I went to school part time and worked full time, often spending my nights into early mornings reading, researching, and writing papers. I graduated with honors, a 4.3 overall GPA!! Finally pursuing my dream from so long ago showed me that it’s never too late. There’s always time. And every day I wake up and am so proud to put those two little M.S. behind my signature because I dreamt about it, earned it, and excelled at it. Thanks ASU!!
