As a first-generation college graduate, stepping onto Arizona State University’s campus was more than the start of an education. It was the beginning of an entirely new life. ASU expanded my world beyond my hometown, igniting a deep desire to pursue more: more growth, more impact, and more adventure.
During my time at ASU, I was proud to be a member of Delta Zeta, where I served on the executive board and found a sisterhood that helped shape my voice as a leader. Those relationships and that foundation of service and empowerment continue to influence my life today. I was honored to be recognized as one of Delta Zeta’s national 35 Under 35, a distinction that celebrates alumnae who exemplify leadership, innovation, and impact in their careers and communities.
I also danced as a member of the ASU Drill/Pom Team, channeling my passion for performance, discipline, and teamwork into an experience that remains a creative outlet to this day.
While at ASU, I had the incredible opportunity to intern with The Walt Disney Company twice and served as a Campus Representative for Disney for two years. These roles taught me how to deliver magic through branding, storytelling, and meaningful guest engagement. They sparked a deep love for intentional design and customer experience that I carry into my professional life today.
After graduation, I moved to Hawaii, where I lived for five years. It was there that I truly connected with nature and earned my Advanced Scuba Diver certification. Surrounded by the beauty of the ocean, I developed a deep appreciation for marine life and a love for underwater photography and conservation. Hawaii gave me the space to reconnect with myself, explore the world with new perspective, and live in alignment with my values.
Eventually, I relocated to Dallas to pursue a Graduate Certificate at Southern Methodist University and take the next step in my professional journey. Today, I work as a Senior Technology Consultant, leading Salesforce strategy and product innovation for one of the world’s most recognized airlines - Southwest Airlines. I hold multiple Salesforce certifications and have had the honor of speaking at major industry conferences including Dreamforce and Texas Dreamin’, where I share insights on innovation, leadership, and digital transformation.
Outside of my tech career, I’ve built a life rich in purpose, passion, and creativity. I’ve volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, mentoring a young girl and witnessing the incredible impact of showing up for others. I’ve also built a successful international modeling career, walking in New York Fashion Week, Texas Swim Week, and Dallas Fashion Week. I’ve been featured in global publications, acted in commercials, and appeared on Hawaii Five-0 and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.
My love for performance and impact also led me to pageantry, where I held the title of Miss Dallas 2023 and placed as 2nd Runner-Up to Miss Texas. In 2024, I was honored to receive Best in Evening Gown and Best in Fitness by Pageant Planet’s “Best in Pageantry” awards. Pageantry has been an incredible platform to amplify my voice, serve my community, and show young women that they can be both powerful and poised.
But more than the classes, internships, or even the accomplishments, it was the people who changed everything. The friendships I made at ASU are still some of the most important relationships in my life. These women became more than friends, they became family. We cheered each other on through exams, career moves, heartbreaks, and milestones. They were there for the big moments and the quiet ones, and I would not be where I am today without their love, support, and belief in me.
College gave me the degree, but my friends gave me the courage to chase the life I’ve built since. They reminded me of who I am when I doubted it and have stayed by my side through every chapter. For that, I’m endlessly grateful.
ASU didn’t just give me an education. It gave me momentum. It taught me that I didn’t have to choose between creativity and strategy, or ambition and heart. It showed me that when you lead with intention, curiosity, and courage, you can create a life that’s as expansive and dynamic as you are.
