Francheska Pondevida, ’23 MS

I earned my master’s degree in Psychology from the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences while living in California, and the journey has been transformative. The diverse experiences shared by my classmates and professors brought the material to life, making every class engaging and insightful. I formed meaningful connections with fellow students, whose perspectives deepened my understanding of complex topics.

ASU taught me that innovation is a powerful tool for achieving goals, no matter where you start.  The knowledge I gained wasn’t just academic; it was directly applicable to my work at WestEd, a non-profit dedicated to fostering learning for everyone. I am genuinely grateful for the skills and insights ASU has provided me, as they continue to shape my professional journey and passion for education.
