Golden Reunion 2018

Class of 1968 - Welcome back to ASU for your Golden Reunion. Reunite with your classmates from 50 years ago and join us for a special two-day celebration, May 7 and 8, that takes place during ASU Commencement 2018.

11:00 a.m. Arrive on Tempe campus. Welcome on-site by an ASU Alumni volunteer (location TBA). Golf cart ride to Old Main to begin your two-day reunion.
11:30 a.m. Reunion check-in and lunch (buffet meal) at Old Main. Welcome remarks:Dr. Christine K. Wilkinson, ’66 BAE, ’76 PhD; President and CEO, ASU Alumni Association; Senior Vice President and Secretary of the University; Managing Director, Trustees of ASU

1:30 p.m. Shuttle to Downtown Phoenix campus and downtown campus tour.
4:30 p.m. Class of 1968 dinner at Chase Field.
6:00 p.m. Robing for commencement at Chase Field.
7:30 p.m. Commencement at Chase Field. The grand finale of your first day is participation in ASU’s 2018 commencement ceremonies on the field at Chase Field.

Tuesday, May 8

8–10 a.m. Breakfast with your college/school
10:00 a.m. Reconvene at Old Main, Tempe Campus
10:30 a.m. Morning campus tour
Option No. 1: Ed and Nadine Carson Student-Athlete Center (also known as Intercollegiate Athletics Center or ICA).
Option No. 2: Tooker House Residential Hall Tour.
12:00 p.m. Lunch (BBQ-style buffet meal) Carson Ballroom, Old Main. Return to Old Main to enjoy lunch with fellow classmates and other special guests!
1:30 p.m. Afternoon campus tour
Option No. 1: Biodesign Institute.
Option No. 2: Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building IV.
2:30–4:30 p.m. Free time to explore the historic Tempe campus, relax in our hospitality rooms or visit the Sun Devil Campus Store. You may wish to tour the ASU Symphonic Carillon, a gift to ASU from the Class of 1966. You can even play the carillon and receive a special commemorative certificate!
4:30 p.m. Golden Graduate reception Carson Ballroom, Old Main. This event is open to all Golden Graduate classes from 1930 to 1967.
6:00 p.m. Golden Circle Induction Ceremony, Old Main Lawn
